We all wish each other a Happy New Year and most of us make all sorts of resolutions and new goals for the year ahead. Sadly most of those goals are never reached and within a month or so the resolutions are cast aside.
This is simply because we do not approach them in the right way. Big goals and dreams are great but they will be achieved in small daily steps, not in spectacular leaps.
One of the keys to this is to change daily habits. Small changes to our habits cement whole new patterns of behaviour and result in spectacular achievements in the end but not in the short term.
