I am great believer in the concept of celebrating small steps and small achievements. Without small achievements, no big achievements. So if we don't value our baby steps, chances are we never reach our big goals. Thanks for the reminder !

I definitely agree with you Charlie,
We should celebrate our team members victories as much as possible. Giving them proper support and encouragement keeps them motivated and excited. Celebrating small victories is a great way to express gratitude for what we already have and prepares us for what is to come. Great post.
