You don’t want to fail. You want to be mega successful. Well maybe you have to turn round
your mindset about what failure is. I’m sure you all know the story of Thomas Edison who invented the light bulb. That certainly wasn’t his only achievement but his famous quote was delivered when he was asked about how long it had taken to invent the electric light bulb. In that process he had ‘failed’ seven hundred times.
“I have not failed seven hundred times. I have not failed once. I have succeeded in proving that those seven hundred ways will not work. When I have eliminated the ways that will not work, I will find the way that will work.” From the book ‘The Power of Patience’, by M.J. Ryan. [click to continue…]

The huge challenge of team building is that everyone is independent – there is no control on your part. You are not a boss but a leader by inspiration. You must allow everyone to contribute from their strengths. Often you think you are right, well you even know you are. But are you? That certainty creates barriers. You can’t see other people’s good qualities. So how do you change your mindset?

Many say that if you are not successful, it is because your dream is not big enough or your vision board is not filled with enough inspiring images. [click to continue…]

There is a blanket of snow where I live right now, which gives everything a fairy tale appearance. However, now it is beginning to melt and underneath there is a dirty sludge. It reminds me of how MLM is for too many people.
You are drawn by the dream of a home business which will give you real financial freedom. It glows like the snow, but there is some dirt underneath. Will you ever be able to retire?

First you need to find someone still active in the MLM industry. Many coaches are not. That may be fine as a football coach. But Network Marketing is changing almost by the day with the internet. If your mentor is still active, then you know he has been through the challenges that you are facing and that he is also still learning and growing. You must work with a leader who has the vision and ability to inspire others to extraordinary performance
You might question why a successful entrepreneur would want a second career as a coach. Check out the person’s integrity. With the internet the way it is, it’s hard to hide away these days. You can also find something bad about almost anyone – just human nature. Try and get word-of-mouth recommendation. [click to continue…]
